Ted Hartley
Born 1946
Graduate of University of Wales and postgraduate of Sheffield University. Written about health and safety, local history, literature and citizenship. Fellow of the RSA. Worked in the voluntary sector (WEA), the public sector (Rotherham MBC), for The Open University and Sheffield University.
Leader for the South Yorkshire hub in the 2 year Active Learning for Active Citizenship project 2005-7. Secretary of the new take Part network from 2006. External assessor for the EU Lifelong Learning Programme with ECOTEC
Current interests include citizenship issues and migration.
