Dr. Elke Winter

Dr. Elke Winter is Professor of Sociology at the University of Ottawa. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from York University (Toronto), a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Université de Montréal, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology, Economics and Political Science from the Freie Universität Berlin. Her work concentrates on questions of ethnic relations and citizenship in Canada/Québec and Western Europe.
