Born 1958, studies and degree in psychology, PhD in cross-cultural psychology at the University of Regensburg; teaching positions at various universities; participant in research projects; freelance trainer and coach for various companies and organisations as well as for German ministries in the areas of general intercultural training, regional-specific training, country-specific training, multinational team training, international personnel development; diverse publications.
