Norbert Kreuzkamp

European citizen, life and work experience in Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and Russia. Tuebinger with migration background. Married, two daughters. Born in 1954 in Herrsching am Ammersee.

Studies in Philosophye, Sociology, Political Science and German literature at the universities in Freiburg im Breisgau, Vienna and Frankfurt am Main; sociologist, further education in systemic family therapy at ISYS Institute Regensburg / Hechingen, studies in Human Resources development and Organisational development at the university of Erlangen-Nuremberg, further trainint in coaching at the Professio Institute (Hans Jellouschek).

For many years responsible for development and implementation of multiple transnational projects for people with migration history, with a special focus on vocational education and life-long learning. Project manager of several transnational project networks focusing on migration issues.

Expert´s, educator´s, trainer´s and consultant´s activities in Germany and abroad.

Executive President of ACLI — Selbsthilfewerk für interkulturelle Arbeit e. V., Member of the General Assembly of the Federazione delle ACLI Internazionali (FAI), Member of the Board of the European Netzwork TANDEM PLUS.

Specific areas of activities: development of intercultural and international competencies; vocational education of (young) people with migration background, vocational guidance and counselling of migrants; transnational learning; work promotion of people with migration background.
