Isabell Klingert

Ms Isabell Klingert (M.E.S.) studied European Studies as well as Management and Economics in Berlin, Czech Republic and Chemnitz. She wrote her thesis about the Council Directive 2009/50/EC for highly qualified third-country nationals (blue card). Ms Klingert worked at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, CDU/CSU delegation to the European Parliament. From 2010 till 2012 she worked as scientific assistant for the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. Since 2011 she is also lecturer at the Otto-Friedrich-University in Bamberg. Since 2012 she leads the section is "Gleichstellen" at the Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. Since 2012 she also teaches at Coburg. Her focus areas are the migration of self-employed persons, researchers and highly-qualified persons to Germany.
