Professor Katrougalos George
Born 1963, Ph.D. in public law, Sorbonne University (Paris-I, 1991) and DEA (LLM) in constitutional law from the same University (1987). My research interests include human rights, with special emphasis on social rights, rights of foreigners, comparative constitutional law and institution building
