Ulrike Schwarz

Born 1971, German national professionally trained as a lawyer, also guardian ad litem since beginning of 2010. Since 2004 working for ISS Germany, dealing with intercountry cases of unaccompanied minors and advising institutions and private persons in cases where family law and migration law resp. Youth Welfare Law and migration law, adult protection and migration law collides. Participating in the Council of Europe Working Group on "Elderly Migrants" for ISS.

Based on the case work developing trainings/seminars for social workers and alien authorities: How can cooperation to secure the child´s interest and welfare be achieved?
