October 2005-July 2006: Certificate/ Advanced Course of Human Rights at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Poland. October 1999- November 2002: PhD in Law, Bashkir State University, Russian Federation.

Professional Background: 2008 up today: PhD-Candidate at the Potsdam Universität. 2006- 2008: Researcher about: "Right to equality/non-discrimination: a comparative analysis of the legislation and practice in Russia and Germany", sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. 1999-2007: Chair of Human Rights, Law Institute,Bashkir State University: Courses on "Human Rights", "European mechanism of Human Rights protection".
