Svilen Ovcharov

Born 1976. Attorney-at-law. Experience in promoting and defending rights of immigrants and youths, anti-discrimination. Litigation, research and campaigning experience, as well in working with youth groups in fighting racism and xenophobia.

Currently head of two-years project of the BHC on litigation on behalf of victims of racially motivated violence, hatred speech and discrimination. Apart from the litigation efforts, the project includes also variety of activities of anti-racist public media campaigns.
